On December 14, 2011 Members from Bay District, Hollywood & Lexington Park VRS were dispatched to the area of St. Andrew's Church Road (Rt.4) & Walden Crisis Center for a report of an auto accident with entrapment. Upon dispatch multiple units marked up responding and state police on the scene confirmed people trapped in two separate cars. Units arrived, confirmed the same and began working on patient removal. Command requested a 2nd squad to the scene for assistance extricating the patients. At the time of this story it is not known the reason for the crash. One patient was transported to St. Mary's Hospital and the other was flown by MSP Trooper 7 to an area trauma center with serious injuries.
